So it should come as no surprise that I walked into Charlotte's room the other day and discovered this:
Do you admire her organizational skills? One letter on each drawer. Perhaps it's the beginning signs of a little OCD. And there were scribbles outside of her room as well, and on the bathroom door:
*sigh*
That's Michael's grandmother's old furniture. You know, the furniture we repainted to match her crib and bought all new hardware for? Looks like there's a bit more refinishing in our future.
If it makes you feel better at all... Jamison drew an asterisk on our recently purchased car with a key when he was four. Definitely an omen, the car has been nothing but a problem!
ReplyDeleteDid you try one of those magic erasers?
She's definitely going for it, lol! I was trying to see if she was spelling something or if there was any sense to the letters! I am constantly putting up markers and pens that my son leaves around b/c I am afraid of finding THAT around my house from our 2 year old!
ReplyDeleteMagic Eraser worked wonders for our Reese's recent tagging of her closet door, can't even tell she wrote on it.
ReplyDeleteNO!!!!!!!! I have to say, it does feel good to see that I'm truly not alone. :)
ReplyDeleteThank you for your sweet comment, too!
WHY!!! WHY do they do this!!!!! Ugh, this makes my stomach hurt! At least, her letters look nice ;D
ReplyDeleteThanks for your comment earlier - it helps knowing someone else understands your plain :)
