I cut Charlotte's finger with the nail clippers today. Man, fingers sure do bleed a lot. It wouldn't have been so bad if this wasn't the second time I've done this to Charlotte. Poor thing.
Okay...so...I've done this to Owen before as well. It's easy to do.
He lived....and he still lets me cut his fingernails. So it coudn't have been life-warping.
I did hear something though...that you can use that stick that men use to stop shaving cuts.... Do you know the thing I mean? I forget the name of it..but they sell it drug stores and it looks like a finger..made of something..that stops the bleeding the instant you touch it to the cut.
I tried it...it worked. Stopped the bleeding immediately.
I don't know if I was supposed to use that on a baby...but he's still around..and started walking at 8 months and 5 days...so it can't be THAT bad for you. :)
Hi. I'm so glad you found my little blog. I like HGTV, sharpened pencils, palindromes, and enchiladas. I have three little kids. My twins, Charlotte and Gavin, are five, and their latest favorite activity is waking up unGodly early. Nathan is my little guy. He likes to refuse to eat anything but chips for dinner. As you can imagine, things are busy. I blog about a little of everything: parenting, crafting, decorating, and pretty things. To add to the fun, I teach first grade full-time. Thanks for stopping by!
